The project involved the comprehensive modernization of the Bank of European Cooperation building along with the construction of a new wing. As part of the construction works, the existing historic townhouse was integrated with a new, contemporary section of the facility.

The renovation works included:

• Refurbishment of the bank’s main operations hall, giving it a modern appearance and improved functionality.
• Modernization of the office area, adapting it to contemporary standards of work and comfort.
• Renovation of the historic staircase elements, restoring its historical character and aesthetic value.
• Restoration of the building’s façade, enhancing its external appearance and protecting the structure from further damage.
