The office building was completed in a record time of 5 months, due to the high fire safety and anti-burglary requirements associated with the nature of the investor’s operations.

Key features of the facility:

• Building structure: A three-story structure built using reinforced concrete technology, ensuring the solidity of the construction.
• Façade: The aesthetically finished exterior includes a façade system, cladding panels, and a steel structure supporting the glass entrance hall façade, enhancing the building’s visual appeal.
• Roof: Equipped with components that meet the highest material and quality standards in accordance with the German Roofing Trade Association’s Roofing Works Execution Standards.

Security and protection:

• Glazing: Complies with the highest anti-burglary security standards.
• Floors: Technical flooring was installed in server and administration rooms, while other areas feature floating screed along with appropriate sound and vibration insulation.
• Security system: The building is divided into security zones within the protection system. Additionally, it is safeguarded against vehicle impact by reinforced elastic barriers, a reinforced concrete wall serving as the fence base, and a natural embankment.
