As part of the investment, a modern complex was constructed, comprising a production hall, an office building, and a technology tower. The production hall serves as the plant’s manufacturing center, equipped with advanced technologies that enable a high level of automation and computer-controlled operations.

The office building houses key units such as the construction chemicals department, administrative center, logistics center, as well as marketing and training centers. The technology tower supports production processes and provides access to modern technological systems.

The plant in Śrem, with an annual capacity of 45,000 tons of dry mortars, employs 120 staff members.
