PTB Nickel has completed a new investment in Zielniki, near Środa Wielkopolska, for the Polish food industry, which included the construction of a modern production hall and a representative office building. The total area of the facilities exceeds 5,300 m².

The project, developed by PTB Nickel’s design department, envisioned the creation of two functionally distinct but interconnected buildings. As part of the investment, a modern production hall was built, featuring four key functional zones:

• Goods reception warehouse: designed for the efficient intake and preliminary processing of raw materials.
• Egg sorting area: equipped with advanced sorting technologies that ensure high product quality and safety.
• Packaging warehouse: dedicated to storing all packaging materials necessary for product packing.
• Goods dispatch warehouse: a space for storing finished products prior to their shipment to customers.

Additionally, the facility has been enhanced with:

• A masonry shelter: providing extra protection and space for warehouse operations.
• 6 external docks: fitted with sealing aprons to facilitate safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods.
• 3 main entrances: located on the front façade, ensuring convenient access to various zones of the hall.
• 2 entrances on the dock side: simplifying operations related to the receipt and dispatch of goods.

The entire investment was designed with a focus on optimizing production processes and ensuring the highest standards of functionality and efficiency.
