The construction of an office and laboratory building for a water testing laboratory is a project that combines modern technological solutions with the functionality of a working space. As part of the investment, a facility was created that not only meets office building standards but is also tailored to the specific needs of laboratory operations.

As part of the project, a complex was built and equipped with:

• Water and sewage installation, ensuring a continuous water supply and efficient wastewater disposal,
• Central heating, guaranteeing optimal thermal conditions within the facility,
• High- and low-voltage installations, covering both power supply systems and precise IT systems,
• Ventilation system, providing proper air circulation, which is crucial in laboratory environments,
• Sewage system, responsible for the effective removal of wastewater from the building,
• Demineralized water and analytical gas installations, essential for conducting precise laboratory analyses.

The construction project was completed in just 10 months, demonstrating efficient organization of construction works and the effectiveness of the project execution team.
